  • Reforestration Commitment: As part of our core mission, tentree commits to planting ten trees for every eligible product purchased, in partnership with certified NGOs. However, tree-planting metrics are promotional impact estimates based on verified initiatives and do not constitute a direct individual carbon credit guarantee unless explicitly specified.

4. Orders, Billing, and Payments

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

  • All purchases made through our Site are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
